Because the program provides immediate digital access, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

Purchases made through Gumroad or Stripe may also be subject to that platform's own refund and buyer-protection terms.

Digital product remedy

If a digital product’s file is defective, inaccessible, corrupted, or materially different from the description, the customer should contact us within 14 calendar days of purchase so a replacement, correction, store credit, or other reasonable remedy can be considered.
